From the intial process of ordering the cake to pickup, it was amazing customer service. The Minecraft cake turned out so freaking nice. I loved it. The details were everything. Everyone was so impressed by the cake design and the taste. I will continue to order cakes from here.

The lobby was ok. I was greeted after about 2 minutes. I was only customer. It was around 1130am. Tues. Sept 9th. I asked about the scones that were advertised online. The woman looked around the display case and said "I guess we dont have any" so I ordered a small lemon drop cupcake and the larger Nutella Truffle cupcake. The good: They looked nice. The Bad: definitely not fresh. The icing was very hard(lemon drop) This one was shared about 30 min after purchase. lacked any lemon flavor. Just super sweet. The cake itself was crumbly, reminiscent of dry cornbread. Again zero lemon flavor. The Nutella truffle looked way better and I had hoped this would save this review. Unfortunately it fell way short. Zero Nutella or hazelnut flavor. ZERO. The filling also tasted exactly like the icing. Just sweet chocolate. Like jarred icing. The topper on the icing was a ferrero rocher candy that was stale, thatbwas spit into the trash immediately. Obviously been in the open display case for a day or so. Maybe more. Idk. $9.74 for these 2 was a waste of money. I wanted to love this place. But I just cannot.

Carolina Cupcakery is amazing!! I had a cupcake cake made for my mom’s birthday and the staff made my dream come true. I sent in pictures of flowers from my family’s garden to use as inspiration for the cake and it turned out perfectly. The staff was very understanding of my erratic responses (I’m a night shift worker and often respond to emails at 3am) and the entire thing was a breeze! I would definitely recommend for all custom cakes. The flavors were delicious, we got red velvet, canoli, honey bee, apple pie moonshine, and caramel macchiato. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Carolina Cupcakery Bakery made my Daughters Quinceañera memorable!!! All of us and our guests were delighted with how delicious and incredible each piece made for the cake and cupcakes tasted and was presented. They brought everything into our venue and set it up like a dream! I didn’t worry or think about anything other than enjoying our event and enjoying this delicious treat! I would highly recommend to anyone and everyone ! The images speak for themselves.

Staff was very friendly and caring. They Completely exceeded my expectations. Ordered two customize cakes (dye free) for my daughter‘s first birthday one was a smash cake and the other was a 6 inch cake. When I tell you, the cake decorator literally copied and pasted the design I wanted to perfection. Also the cakes tasted fantastic.
