Wow! They are so kind and thoughtful. Not to mention how WONDERFUL their bakery items are! If you haven’t stopped by do it! I found my new favorite spot for my carb fix!

Happy Holidays. I wanted to share some honest feedback based on an experience I had just before Christmas. I stopped by the bakery hoping to pick up a couple of items for a small holiday gathering, but I ultimately chose to leave without purchasing anything. The reason was the way the owner was speaking to an employee. It was uncomfortable to witness, and another customer and I even exchanged looks because we were both clearly taken aback. Having spent over 30 years working in an industry where both employee and customer experience matter deeply, moments like that really stand out to me. Unfortunately, this wasn’t the first time I’ve seen this kind of behavior. Years ago, when the bakery was located further down Battlefield Blvd near the Locks Bridge, I also observed interactions that felt dismissive and rude toward both employees and customers. I truly believe that employees should feel respected, valued, and appreciated. Compassion goes a long way, especially in leadership, and it sets the tone for the entire business. Because of this experience, I won’t be returning or supporting a business where employees are treated this way. I hope this feedback is taken in the spirit it’s intended — as an opportunity for reflection and growth.

So glad I stumbled across this bakery ! Customer service amazing ! Cinnamon rolls so tasty the cream/dip was so yummy and fresh! The staff is more than I could expect from a local bakery so kind hearted and she sent me on my way with a smile and warm feeling of hope much needed. And the inside is too cute 5 million stars

Super sweet & buttery dessert! I’m sorry they don’t have a Large eating area to bring a group to enjoy.The sweet potato pie, pecan pie (not pictured), coconut pie, & brownie were superb ! The cinnamon rolls need more moisture and flavor though. I will be back!

A girlfriend told me about this place so I ordered cinnamon buns and assortment of cookies. The cookies are delicious. They have red velvet that are so good and I don't even like red velvet from trying it from other places. But trust me, the white and dark chocolate chips, makes it worth a try. I will be returning.
