Ordered a few cakes they were nice and humble when they spoke to you in the beginning. Really not sure what is going on but the last few times I have called i have had issues with customer service and denial of orders instead they are telling me what they can not do every time, things start off good but always turn once they start feeling like they do not need the community that helped support them from the start. Placing a order is like driving through a fast food restaurant really nasty not sure what changed. Go somewhere else you can atleast get what you want with better customer service. Consistency is the only way you can stay in business you need people to run a business we are the consumers.
