Kim Mathis & Associates are there for you all the way. Their people are hard workers, coordinating to your needs to make every step of selling or purchasing a home go smoothly. They are definitely a delight in assisting you! My agent, Emma Hazell was there for me through and through. I had been in limbo for awhile after the out-of-state move. She helped me to get clarity on what I needed for an affordable home in a decent area. Emma had printed out hard copy documents which I had asked for. She had made up a very special folder which I appreciated. This gal loves to be on the go! Tell her what you’re looking for and she will go to work giving you even more options to consider. We were fortunate to work with Kim Mathis of Kim Mathis & Associates on the sale of my mother's home. We had a sense of urgency as she was moved into a Senior Community. Kim was very quick to respond, provide insights into the process and serve as our advocate during the negotiations. She was always available to meet at our convenience for different discussions or paperwork as needed. She seemed to know the market better than the other 3 realtors we met. I have never worked with anyone more positive, friendly and helpful. We recommend Kim Mathis and her team wholeheartedly. Kim has been a blessing from the very beginning. Our sale was complex, but she turned it into a truly uplifting experience. We reside in Maryland, while my parents lived in NC, and when my stepmom passed away and my dad was diagnosed with Lewy body dementia, we had to relocate him closer to us. This meant the house had to be sold quickly, and Kim was instrumental in making it happen. She went above and beyond, guiding us to the right people and taking care of everything we needed. Since we were six hours away, she selflessly met with people on our behalf, from cleaners to movers, and kept us informed every step of the way.
