Zane has renewed my faith in realtors after several experiences that were not very good. I initially contacted him and asked if he could assist in valuing a house that was inherited in order to let a family member decide if they wanted to purchase it. Within 24 hours he took the time to perform an analysis and gave me his opinion. He did this with no obligation to get compensated. We soon listed with him and he had us a contract immediately. He always acted with complete professionalism and kept us timely informed along the way. If I need realtor services again, he will be the only one that I consider.

Would highly recommend Zane, great guy and realtor. He was helpful without being pushy. We took about a year to find a house. Zane was with us every step of the way. He listens to what you want and helps you with understanding things that you might not be familiar w. My favorite thing about Zane is while you walk around a house he points out things that could be a concern. He is honest and I believe he does want the best for his clients.

There is not enough gratitude and words to describe this phenomenal relator. Zane is "THE BEST" in his field. We recently purchased as first time buyers and Zane walked us through every step of the way. He was prestigious in his knowledge in making sure we were taken care of. Zane is honest, trustworthy, and a wonderful all around person. He goes above and beyond his talents to be sure you are finding your perfect home. I recommend Zane Gerringer if you want an experience without regrets and someone that will make certain you are in the best hands. I cannot say enough good things about Zane and his agency. Zane is hands down the best realtor we have ever encountered over 20+ years of various buying/selling experiences. Zane is not only the most knowledgeable realtor I have met, but extremely honest, trustworthy, and an all around great person. We had multiple unique circumstances that arose throughout our house hunting adventures that were out of our control and Zane helped us navigate a lot of difficult circumstances. We were referred to Zane by our good friends and he did not disappoint. He explained every facet of the home selling process to my husband and I, as it was our first time selling a home.
