MY FAVORITE STUDIO ✨ I’ve never been a pilates girly until I started coming here. The instructors are great, the studio is comfortable and everyone is so encouraging! I did attach a picture of my favorite instructor!

Jenna and her team are absolutely amazing! Not only is the studio immaculate, the workouts are challenging but doable. I’ve tried both Mat and the reformer Pilates and they both kicked my butt in a great way. The star of the show is the studio’s mascot Mylo! If you love dogs he is the cutest most well behaved dog

This is such a fabulous Pilates studio! The instructors are so wonderful and kind. Love both the reformer Pilates classes, as well as the heated mat Pilates. The studio is gorgeous and super clean with great, brand new equipment. The design of the space was super intentional and aesthetic. The instructors correct form and you can tell are very passionate about their job. This was such a great addition to the Hill neighborhood! I love all the Italian details all over the studio! Also, Milo (the studio dog) makes the cutest mascot 😊

I workout everyday and love to incorporate both reformer and hot mat Pilates. I love Adriana’s hot mat and Daphne’s reformer classes. I’ve noticed a lot of “Pilates” classes I’ve taken in both STL and other cities like MIA are not classical Pilates at all. Daphne’s classes are exceptional and she is one of the best instructors I’ve ever had for a group Pilates class. I always feel like the movements she choices are intentional, safe, and effective. I normally don’t do infrared heated classes and I was worried I wouldn’t get a good sweat in. However, Adriana will make sure to kick your butt and you will sweat buckets. If she taught more / later than 8am I’d be there even MORE
