Came during dinner rush. Hostess was taking names as there was a wait. We specifically asked for a table not a booth and after being told 20mins within 5mins was informed another 5mins. That's when I believe the manager came up and informed her do not seat anyone for another 10mins. Apparently the servers needed a break as this came from the hostess to customers coming in and being told 45mins. About 10-15 mins later we were informed to follow the Hostess and she starts to seat us in the bar at a booth. We advised we didn't want to sit there like we mentioned earlier. She then proceeded with an attitude and walked us back to the front where she asked the next party if they are okay with the bar and a booth. About two minutes later she sits us at a table. Over all I have never seen this place so out of sorts as if there is no direction or leadership. The front ladies taking phone orders and seating people have zero respect for the leadership in this place. The eye rolls and smart remarks when he tries to direct them is really obvious.

Very nice restaurant. Best Italian food in the fort. My favorite is the penne bianco, very rich but hard to find something identical at other restaurants. We go every time we visit Fort Wayne.
