We went to Mexico for I believe 9 days and had to board our child I mean dog penny and it was really nice to be able to completely taylor your pets stay! We were able to leave her with her own bed and other comfort items from home. She is the kind of dog that requires constant attention and love and she must have been given that because we came home she was obviously happy to see me and not traumatized!! And we didn’t receive any calls while on vacation either except for the one I made checking on her like a mama! Thank you Cascade Kennels!

I arrived at Cascade Kennels desperate for some behavior improvement for my newly adopted rescue, Massimo, a 3 year-old Beagle/Dachshund mix. At home he was good-natured, and super-affectionate even to the point of being clingy. But outdoors and indoors alike, when encountering other people, pets, and wildlife he would completely lose it. We started with group classes led by Lizzi. Through two six-week sessions Massi made tons of progress, not to mention how much I and my family learned about how to handle and communicate with Massi as well as how to manage all kinds of common situations. Massi had made great progress but was still reactive with other dogs, particularly on my neighborhood walking route and so I decided to enroll in the Board & Train. I was hoping Lizzi could continue to break through some of his stubbornness and help him socialize with other dogs. Being the stubborn but sensitive little hound that he is, it was only Lizzi's caring but firm approach that convinced me to go through with it. The results were amazing. His responsiveness to commands was 100% improved. And the experience had features that really helped my peace of mind. I loved the regular update videos to Instagram, and two milestone visits during B&T period. Through those I could see how well Massi was responding to Lizzi and Quinn and how happy he was along the way. And then the post-B&T "refresh" sessions have been great, especially for me to get coached! Lizzi and Quinn are so tuned into the dogs and then turn around and provide such great insights. Cascade Kennels Board & Train is an outstanding experience I would recommend to anyone.

Katlyin is an awesome Groomer! My dog is 16 and has some health issues but he’s never had any problems at Cascade. I pick him up from his appointment and he looks amazing, feels soft and silky and is happy…and ready to go to Cottage Lake park for a quick walk.

This place is your furry friend’s home away from home. My dog had the pleasure of staying for a few nights and definitely had fun with the nature walks, room service and cuddle time. The staff’s passion and dedication to providing excellent care for their furry guests shows. We will definitely return again!

Cascade Kennels provides excellent service in a great location. Our groomer, Helen, consistently delivers amazing cuts for our Havapoo, whose hair often gets tangled. Helen is able to skillfully remove the tangles while keeping her hair long. She's not only professional but also incredibly friendly. I would highly recommend her services to anyone, and I often tell many people about the positive experiences we've had there.
