Mediocre Gym with high prices, New management doesn't allow you to have Bags with you during workouts must keep everything in unsecure cubbies like it's kindergarten.

How many more times do I have to tell staff that the women’s bathroom is out of soap! Do people not care about hygiene?

I was thinking of getting a membership but they weren't clear about it. They said I could have a 10 day pass to try it out. It ends up it is a one day pass you need to use within 10 days. Very different statements. It seems like a decent facility but the parking lot it full of craters. I decided it was better to avoid the confusion and the potholes.

I would say in the area of Rochester, Buffalo, and Syracuse this is probably the best gym chain. The price point is perfect, the equipment is always brand new and top of the line and no stone is unturned here on what you can do. They also have cardio theaters, med spa treatments etc. I wished I lived in Buffalo sometimes to always attend because I would. They have all top fitness brands from Nordic trac, Technogym etc as well. These were former Golds chains before as well so it has that atmosphere. 20 to 40 a month for all you receive is a steal with 7 locations and more on the way. Id put these guys up against Equinox and Midtown. The Bueme's know their stuff and I am in no way shocked by their success. I have trained all over the world and this is easily in the top 5 clubs ive been too.

This establishment is recognized as a premier fitness facility for individuals committed to rigorous training. While certain key equipment may be absent, I consistently achieve significant progress during my sessions here.
