I took my first class last week and had a blast! It’s a clean space with a ton of variety. The coaches are very helpful, great instruction, and supportive. It’s a great push for anyone looking to get in shape, strengthen the mind and body. We all need to channel our energy and I feel this is a phenomenal space for our mental well being. I really appreciate the functional strength training coupled with cardio bag work. Then you have the opportunity to work one on one with the coaches. Appreciate you Joel and Johnny!
I came here initially to train with a friend that was in town for the weekend. What I found was a group of friendly and driven people who are looking to have fun and achieve their goals. I felt like I found a new home here. Would easily recommend this to anyone who enjoys training in a group.

Awesome gym! The best group classes, such great work outs! The whole crew over there is so knowledgeable, patient and makes you feel comfortable. I went in there never boxing before and they took the time to explain things thoroughly and would help me with my form throughout the class. From beginner to advanced boxer, this place has so much to offer! Highly recommend joining!
