Joining Studio 14 has been the best decision I’ve ever made for my health! I’ve been a member here for about 2½ years, and joining this gym truly changed everything for me. I was never someone who could stay consistent with fitness, but this place solved that for good. The 30‑minute sessions are incredibly effective, and I’m always amazed at what I’m able to accomplish in such a short time. After 2.5 years, I’ve still never had a repeat workout….it’s something fresh every day, which I love! The small class sizes is what originally attracted me to join and it’s still one of the things I love most about this gym. I’ve lost over 40 pounds and have kept it off for well over a year now. The trainers are knowledgeable, encouraging, and genuinely invested in your success. The atmosphere feels like family—supportive, welcoming, and full of positive energy. I have been going to Studio 14 for a year and a half and I am so glad I stuck with it. Going from 1 time a week to 3 times a week, their circuits, team trainings and personal training classes are so fun, challenging and rewarding when they’re done. The trainers are super nice, friendly and understanding that we are all at different levels but push us to be better each session. I love the community we build and I truly enjoy being a member.

Sweat Thirty is an amazing workout. Coaches James and Jay select a variety of challenging exercises that totally have you sweating at the end of a 30 min. class. With 7 spots per class it feels like you have a personal trainer.Each class, each day is a different workout so you're never bored. Studio 14 is clean,new,and modern. The coaches clean the workout equipment after each class.This is very reassuring since the days of Covid. Very happy I joined Studio 14!
