We fell in love with their Haven ring but wanted to make a few tweaks to its design, and Scott was incredibly attentive, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. What really stood out was his customer service — he was always mindful of giving us space to chat privately and never made us feel rushed or pressured, which we truly appreciated. The quality of the ring is absolutely incredible, and we’re completely over the moon with how it turned out.
