Could not of had a better experience with LL Private Jewellers! I had brought a fine rose gold chain here a few years ago to repair it as it had broke. Within the same day they had effortlessly fit me in and fixed my necklace. Fast forward to this week as I no longer live in province and was visiting for a week, I reached out through email to see if they could squeeze in repairing my necklace during my trip. The communication from Monika was clear, easy, and quick. The repair completed within a couple hours. She had gorgeous diamonds waiting for me the next day that I could look at. I had her make a 3 carat elongated oval ring on a simple gold band and to say it’s stunning is an understatement.
