Cecil's sent us Andy and Woody (that's right), what a Godsend. Due to their diligence and determination, they were able to get my A/C back up and running within an hour for a couple of hundred dollars when a "big, commercial" company wanted me to pay them up to $13,000 to simply replace everything. As a recently retired person, this would have set me far back. Thank you for Cecil's and for Andy and Woody.

June 27th, Michael Williams from Cecil's heating and air came to my house to repair or replace my air conditioner. He determined that the compressor was working, but the blower motor was not turning at the proper speed. The blower motor was extremely hot to touch and was drawing way too much current. Mr. Williams diagnosed a bad bearing in the blower motor. He ordered a new motor and went to pick it up from a parts distribution. Brought it back and attached mounting brackets to reinstall it back into the system. It would not go. They had given him the wrong motor. The parts distribution brought the proper motor to my house. Mr. Williams had to disassemble all the motor mounting brackets from the incorrect motor and put them on the second motor. It worked fine and I had cooling again. Instead of just saying you need a new air conditioner he researched the problem and fixed the root cause saving me a lot of money. He did an excellent job and if I have another heating or cooling problem, I would like for Mr. Williams to be my technician.

I’ve used Cecil’s Heating and Air Conditioning since moving to Lexington. They installed a gas line to my fireplace and outdoor grille. True professionals that show up right on time and get the job done right the first time. Their associate Charlie M is a master of his craft and a true gentleman. Highly recommend!

E E Arnett On June 21st 2022, Josh James came to assess installing a faucet at the back of the house. He set up an appt for June 27th and installed the faucet...Yay!! He was kind, professional, knowledgeable and did a fantastic job. (He's a Master Plumber) At all times he kept in communication...texting before he came to the house. (Cecil's also sends a text with a map so you can follow on the map when he's on the way) Love that! I definitely would recommend Cecil's for any plumbing jobs...I know I will be calling the next time I have plumbing that needs to be done. Thank you, Josh James for everything you did!
