Nate is awesome!!!! He was amazing over the phone and even better in person!!! He fixed my son’s phone and because he was so great I purchased air pods, an air pod case , and phone cases!!! Fixed iPhone 11 screen in 30 minutes. Had a piece of pizza and it was good to go. Much much better service than Batteries Plus (don't ever use them). Nothing but great service from Sophie!
