I took the phone here about three weeks ago to replace a screen. Once the guy finally showed up, he did replace the screen in 30 minutes as advertised. Three weeks later, the phone was dropped again and immediately didn't turn on. This was also different because the crack bypassed the screen protector and cracked the actual screen. Being suspicious, I took this to Asurion. They told me that the last place that fixed this TAPED the screen down from Inside, and when they put the new screen on the phone, it wouldn't stop ghosting. However they rigged the screen on, they did more damage to the phone that's worth repairable.

My phone just slipped out of my hand, fell on stones & the screen broke for the first time since owning it. Cellaxs replaced the screen very quickly at a fair price. The did a great job. I highly recommend them.

Got to watch the guy replace my Galaxy battery. He was very careful, communicative, and uses Ampsentrix batteries, which get good reviews. Cheaper than other local places, and quicker as he did it right in front of me - took about 20 min because he was taking excellent care whilst working.

I bought 2 cases from this stand. I thought they were expensive at $20 and $25 a piece for rubber cases. They were not in any packages and one looked worn after i looked at it closer. I googled the cases as soon as I got in the car only to find the same ones for under $10. I immediately went back to the stand to return and was told all sales final. Nowhere was it printed on my receipt. The receipt had no return policy on it. Needless to say I will never return to this stand. Very poor customer service.

The staff was very friendly and polite and it was reasonably priced! BUT they did not put my screen on correctly, I didn't notice until I left because the phone was dead.. When powered on you could see the blue light shining where the screen should have been covering it. A few days after repair, my screen is completely black and unusable.
