Got my led screen replaced and now my phone is always tinted blue and sometimes dosent register that I’m touching it and sometimes presses buttons on its own

I called cause I’m looking for a phone (I still have iPhone 8+). The guy was rude and assumed I didn’t have any money cause I said a price range from $200-$300. That doesn’t mean someone is ONLY looking for that range.. I could go to 700-800… my priorities come first tho. If I ask for pricing for certain iPhones.. why is it so hard to say to the customer? Truth be told.. I would have went up on the price if he knew how to speak to people… if you don’t wanna be there quit my guy.
