I called to ask if they had a specific phone part, they were very honest and straight forward with the answer that they didn't, which was very appreciated. However when I asked if they knew a place that did sell that part, they said something I couldn't understand because of their thick accent. This again was not the problem, someone not speaking English as a first language is a silly thing to be upset about. The problem was when I asked them to clarify what they said they hung up on me. Then when I called back, thinking it might have been an accident they hung up on me again.

STAY AWAY!!! They are incompetent and changing the smallest part will ruin your phone completely, and talking to him about that he said you signed a document so you can’t do nothing about it, saying many customers have the same complaint but he keeps destroying phones. Be careful dong go there They will pretend to be nice and then will be very rude when you ask to fix the phone. Super rude and unprofessional. Money grab

Customers Beware When I brought my phone in, it was working just fine—I only needed a new back. Now, it’s in worse condition than when I dropped it off. They literally broke my phone. I’ve lost all trade-in value, and all I get is “I’m so sorry” and a request to hand it over again. But every time I do, something else ends up broken. I was without my phone for more than 24 hours because of their mistakes, with no offer of compensation or anything to make it right. Just a heads-up to others: be very careful.

DO NOT GET YOUR PHONE FIXED HERE. I had a cracked screen and went to them to fix it, ever since they fixed my phone it has been glitching. I took my phone back and he offered to fix it for free and when I got it back it was glitching again. This is all within a WEEK. When I went back to tell him it was glitching again he tried to charge me 130. DO NOT GO TO ANY CELL REPAIR IN CHANDLER, THEY ARE ALL TOGETHER AND USE THE SAME SCREENS. IF YOUR PHONE GETS DAMAGE BY THEM THEY WILL NOT FIX IT FOR YOU
