Horrible customer service. They do not honor warranty. Had my phone damaged here due to poor workmanship. Missing screws, missing adhesive, didn’t secure the battery. Management and owner don’t care and dont get involved. There are much better and cheaper options.

I don’t know about screens but I took my laptop here that was having battery trouble. They sold and installed a battery. It dot work and I took it back. They replaced it and had the same issue. They couldn’t figure it out and I never got a refund. This issue took place over several weeks. I found another shop and they had it fixed in 24 hours. This shop gave me an imitation battery labeled as a Samsung battery.

Had a iphone SE screen with dead pixels. Screen was replaced in one hour, done perfectly, for reasonable price. Excellent, kind, and patient customer service. No reason to take your phone anywhere else

They fixed my laptop in less than 48 hours over the weekend! John has extensive experience in fixing computers and was also great at explaining the problem and giving helpful solutions to prevent my issue in the future. My HP Envy 360 computer had gotten a virus and the screen would no longer turn on. I tried everything I could online before going in but I should have gone in sooner since they made the process so quick and easy compared to other repair companies I have been to.
