There was a piece of sand stuck in my charging port, and they were able to fix it in under five minutes. The service was fast, professional, and extremely affordable so I ended up changing my screen protector with them as well. Highly recommend—amazing customer service and great pricing. I’ll definitely be coming back here for all my phone repairs!

Beware! This place demands to have code to your phone or for you to remove it prior to fixing it so they can ‘test it’. This didn’t sit right with me so I installed a back door program that logs phone activity and application use. Sure enough I was horrified to see what took place when they had my phone. My photos were accessed not only that but my HIDDEN photos were accessed for approximately 22 minutes. My social media pages were attempted to be accessed and my credit card app was opened as well. Thank god my social media pages and personal banking and credit card apps have further security. My text messages were also accessed one time for 3 minutes another for 2 minutes and a third time for 8 minutes! Additionally the audio snippets it recorded and pictures the app took each time these things were accessed were the icing on the cake. Interesting that someone thought to cover the camera at certain points. I feel extremely violated, sickened and furious. The authorities have been notified. BEWARE PLEASE DONT EVER TRUST ANYONE WITH YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION.

Not happy at all. I came in yesterday to see if you could swap data for my kids mobile. You had to get a temporary new screen to access her device and did so in 24hours. I was told about 99 dollar transfer fee....cool....but no mention svc charge. Was told if can't transfer then no charge. Today when we came in the guy literally did everything I already did....same results no success. Then said no charge to transfer but there was a svc fee and made me pay 35 bucks. Craptastic and although he was kind to let my kid upload Google pics to Google drive.....I will never use them again. I was tired so I didn't feel like fighting.. and I don't feel like I deserve to be charged since I was told there would be no charge but I definitely will never use you again and I think no one should ever use your company if they're thinking about it.
