Our cell phone is a 7 or 8 year old flip phone (not a Smart phone). The issue has been that, when speaking into the phone, the person listening has been unable to hear me clearly. We replaced the battery, but that did not solve the problem. I called Cellular Pro, and spoke with Tim, who clearly explained the possible reasons for the problem, and how it might be fixed. He gave me an estimate as to the possible cost (very reasonable). He was most helpful. The following morning, I took the phone into Cellular Pro and explained the problem to the young lady who greeted me. (Unfortunately, I don't know her name.) She was very helpful, and said the microphone might need cleaning. Within a few minutes, she opened the phone, found the problem (lint), removed it and tested the phone. The problem was solved! She also was able to resolve another issue with the phone for me (turning off a feature which we do not need). When I asked how much I owed her for the service, she said "No charge". This personal, friendly, knowledgeable service is greatly appreciated, and in future, we will be visiting Cellular Pro for all our cell phone needs.

I had my charing port not working for iphone. He asked $120+ tax. But he did it in $45. And gave a complementary charger as my charger was not working. Fixed that within one hour. Highly recommended.

I haven't used Cellular Pro in a few years, but after reading some reviews I felt like I should add mine. The first time I went in, I was impressed because at no charge they looked at my phone, let me know if they could fix it or not and the cost of the repair. Their prices are so reasonable that I've never said no. The quote I've been given has always been exactly what I've been charged when picking up my phone. I once brought in a Kindle and wanted to repair the screen. I was told his cost for a screen was very expensive and not to bother. It was cheaper to go buy a new Kindle. He did not need to do that. He could have charged me to fix it. He made nothing from our transaction except a lifelong customer. Steve has always been friendly, accommodating and honest. My daughters iced coffee spilled in her bag and ruined her MacBook. Unfortunately she attempted to turn it on and it got fried. Steve inspected the MacBook at no charge, again making nothing from the transaction, but still providing us with the information we required. My mother lives in Orleans and has driven to Nepean for services from Cellular Pro, as it is worth it, knowing she is getting fair, honest service. If I could give you 10 stars I would! I see you are an authorized Mac dealer which is what brought me here today. So I'll see you in a couple of days! Thank you always!

I've been a client of this shop for years, and they really are good at taking care of their customers needs. Today I dropped in for a new cable, of course, it's always in stock, and the prices are fair, given new mall ownership, and escalating rents for the mall tenants. The young lady who served me is first class, friendly, and always smiling. She is efficient, always something positive to say, and welcoming.
