We had a wonderful experience with Albin and we would highly recommend him. We reached out to him before we listed our house with him, and he helped us navigate a potential problem with the selling of our house. He has tremendous contacts in the construction industry, who are reasonably priced and honest to work with. He marketed the property with an extensive photo shoot, which he produced brochures from. It looked very classy. When we had a buyer and it was time to close the deal on the property, Albin was able to negotiate competitively. He took care of every detail, whether it was large or small, during the closing process since we moved out of the area before the house sold. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and very friendly. A great real estate agent!!!

There are people who are "realtors" than there are professionals. Albin and CFL Prime are nothing short of the best in the business. Albin fought to get our deal done where others would of just said "is what it is". You cannot replace the professionalism and know-how of Albin and team. I'd give them 10 stars if I could. Don't go to the realtor someone told you about... go to the realtor everyone is telling you about. Class act all the way!
