Wade is easily the best physio I've seen. Having struggled to make progress over the last 1.5 years elsewhere, I have saw improvements straight away with Wade. He listens, understands your goals, and builds a tailored plan rather than a generic textbook one. He explains every movement, challenges your progression, and makes you feel comfortable the whole time. Highly recommend.

My GP referred me to Central Physio as she had many successes here with her patients. I have also seen good progress & much pain relief for my particular health issues. So convenient near Cavill & trams, and professional & knowledgeable staff make it a permanent port of call for our injuries & functional muscle & joint health for the long term. Great results here after some much lesser outcomes at other practices.

I have now attended this physio four times to rectify my shoulder problem which has a couple of tendon tears. From a very friendly receptionist to my physiotherapist Stephan it has been a very rewarding experience. I have been treated with care and respect and gently walked through my recovery exercises. Stephan is very warm knowledgeable and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend this practice to anyone in need of treatment.

Outstanding office and physiotherapist! The receptionist Leticia was so welcoming and helpful. She made my wife and I feel comfortable right away. She is such an asset to the practice. The physiotherapist Jasmine Pierce Higgins is top notch. She had a great bedside manner, was extremely professional, very knowledgeable, and highly skilled. I left with marked increase in my range of motion with significant less pain. I haven’t felt this good in months! I was so impressed, I scheduled several more sessions. If you are looking for an excellent office and physiotherapist, I’d highly recommend looking no further.

I broke my arm five years ago, and developed bursitis because of a careless physiotherapist, having experienced pain ever since. I recently discovered more physio was needed, and tbh, wasn’t thrilled with the idea. Although in agony, there was a wait to see the physio recommended by my doctor, so I Googled local physiotherapists and chose CPHC because not only are they within walking distance from home, but 4.9 stars and positive comments gave me hope of a better outcome. Julia is an absolutely lovely receptionist and Stefan blew me away! His knowledge and professionalism was apparent from day one, but he listened to me! After six sessions, my recovery has surpassed what I’d achieved over months with the first moron, and pain has significantly reduced meaning life has improved as a result. I know there is more work necessary, but considering the incredible progress made, I am hopeful arm strength will continue to improve and I’ll be able to manage the other challenges that lie ahead. Thank you Stefan and Julia! I’m truly grateful there was no availability with the doctor’s recommendation when I called. I highly recommend CPHC if you want actual results from compassionate, caring and knowledgeable experts.
