We had to say goodbye to our family dog yesterday and the compassion at Central Vet meant everything to us. They had soft, gentle music playing during the process, which was completely unexpected and incredibly touching. That small act showed so much care and love and helped create a calm space during such a painful moment. We are deeply grateful to their team and would highly recommend Central Vet Clinic to anyone looking for compassionate, thoughtful care. They’ve always treated us with dignity and respect.

Convenient online booking. Upon arrival staff were friendly and greeted Coco with treats. Dr. Desaulniers was very informative and had a gentle demeanour with our nervous dog. We received a detailed report on Coco’s wellness exam. As well as a detailed quote on a dental cleaning including pricing with and without extractions and were able to secure an appointment for the procedure within the month. Overall a great first visit. We took our new little fur baby to Central Veterinary Services. We were thrilled to see how well kept the grounds are, how clean and tidy and well kept inside the building is. The front desk ladies were amazing and helpful and kind. The veterinarian and the veterinarian tech were so sweet and excited to meet our new pup and to show him off to the entire building! Of course, we will be going back over and over and over.

Dr. Samyra was absolutely amazing. Our kitty was going through some health issues and needed surgery. She kept us informed throughout the day of the operation and put our worries to rest. Even.sent us some lovely pictures post surgery. This place is a dream come true. Thank you for looking after our extended family.

We brought our dog, Chauncy, to be neutered. The staff was very nice. Everyone was professional, yet personable. They explained everything and had time for questions. Chauncy was very happy going in and coming out after the procedure. He was treated very well. I would recommend anybody to bring their pet here.
