I've been coming here for a while now. One of the laser techs left and I was procrastinating continuing my laser journey with someone new due to the private nature of the area. Dee was absolutely incredible. I told her she should be a doctor because her bedside service is so great. She makes you feel so comfortable. Very nice and funny. No awkward vibes AT ALL. I can't wait to go get a facial by her! I love this place for all their services. Also, I had started IPL somewhere else and was disappointed with how many sessions and the results I was seeing. The laser Bloom offers is amazing I noticed a difference after just 1 session. Worth the very reasonable price they ask. Get the membership!!!!!

I had the best experience with Dee at Lotus Bloom. She is so sweet and friendly, and made me feel very comfortable. She is gentle and informative, and made the whole experience better than I've ever had. Thanks so much! I definitely recommend Dee for laser needs!!

I enjoyed a wonderful Hyrdofacial with Dee. The facial itself was great - all the latest equipment and high quality products. More wonderful than that; however, Dee was fantastic - professional, she explained everything and took the time to show me the various utensils she was using and talked to me about my skin.
