Bad communication, actually no communication at all. I would appreciate it if they are honest with me by saying we can't perform the procedure. Marlene promised to contact me but never happened, i left a voicemail but no return call.

I had an amazing experience at Simply Radiant Aesthetic! I went in for a BioRePeel with Giovanna, and she was absolutely fantastic. She made me feel super comfortable, explained the process clearly, and was so professional throughout. My skin is already looking and feeling better — I couldn’t be happier with the results! I don’t leave a lot of reviews…but when I see a great business, I have to say it!! Fantastic service! I got an appt quickly and easily on the phone. I was nervous about the procedure and she got me in before I chickened out. Once I was there, I was greeted by very friendly person and she did the procedure. She explained things and laughed with me with my awkward nervous jokes. I hope not to return, but if I need to I won’t have a second thought on where I would go. Thank you for your awesome service!!!
