Scheduling was easy and I've never had to wait. The office runs smoothly. Madison is one of the best PTs I've had and I've had a few. (This is my 5th orthopedic surgery.) I know and understand the importance of a really good Physical Therapist in getting things moving again. Here, I always feel better when I leave than when I arrived!

Wow! Absolutely keeps promise of one-on-one treatment. Therapist (Madison) is professional, competent, consistent, personable and most importantly, persistent. Facility is bright, spacious, properly equipped. Front office staff does great job keeping all on track and managing appointments’ moves/adds/changes. This is NOT a cookie-cutter operation! Voted “Best of Charlotte” 5 years in a row. Well-earned/deserved.

I've had the very best experience with the staff at One on One Physical Therapy. From my initial visit, consultation and evaluation, to my twice a week visits. They are thorough, incredibly knowledgable and patiently answer my many questions. I'm only a few weeks in doing my stretches and exercises, and I have decreased pain in my back, after being in daily pain for a year. I'm so grateful for Kaley and Rachel.

After working with many physical therapists over the years I feel Kate Palo at One on One PT is the best I've seen. She is not only very personable and professional, but has been focused on my greatest need - balance. The entire staff is fantastic, and Kate in particular has been absolutely amazing. Kate took the time to truly understand my needs and created a personalized treatment plan that helped me make steady, noticeable progress. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and encouraging—every session felt productive and positive. Not only did I regain strength and mobility, but Kate also helped me build the confidence to keep up with my recovery on my own.
