Over the past few months, Davis Cassie and Justin have each played an important role in helping me recover from a difficult hip issue. From the very beginning, I felt like I was in caring, capable hands. What really sets this clinic apart is how personal and unrushed everything feels . it’s not a place where you’re just another name on a chart. Davis, Cassie and Justin took the time to listen, explain and tailor the therapy to what I truly needed each session. Their attention to detail, encouragement and kindness made all the difference in my recovery. There is a real sense of teamwork and commitment here and I always felt supported. I’m so grateful for their help and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Uncommon Physical Therapy to anyone looking for care that goes beyond the standard .
I had a great experience at Uncommon Physical Therapy. I worked with both Justin and Cassie and they really helped me, plus they are both super nice and knowledgeable. Davis the owner took time to check in regarding my issue and greet me as well. I respect Uncommon takes insurance as I know it is more work for them, and likely less lucrative, but so helpful for the clients. Chris at the front desk was friendly and efficient for scheduling and handling insurance so I knew what to expect financially. Clean and conveniently located southpark offices with great customer service -- I would recommend them highly.
The word “Uncommon” definitely describes this PT practice. Uncommon customer service, uncommon caring, uncommon expertise. Davis has gone above and beyond to help me deal with my back/shoulder/neck pain. I’m very thankful I was referred here and that I am getting the care I need to feel better. This is not like other PT offices where they spend 5 minutes of hands on time, and then put you in a corner to work on exercises. Each appointment is significant hands on treatment for maximum impact. As a fellow health care professional and business owner, I am very impressed with this entire group. Thank you again!
I was referred to Uncommon PT for chronic low back pain (3 moderate disc bulges and arthritis issues). Cassie was my therapist and she was awesome. On my first visit she was very thorough with her questions about my history, pain level, and areas with the most pain. My treatment plan evolved into a very effective series of stretching and strengthening exercises along with occasional dry needling. Cassie was great during each session to ask how I was feeling during the exercises, did I feel they were working for me, and were there other things I wanted to try. The clinic has a variety of equipment that she could incorporate into my treatments as I was getting stronger, which was great! And of course for privacy, there are treatment areas with curtains. In addition to her professionalism, Cassie was just so pleasant to interact with each visit! Our conversation was very comfortable and enjoyable. The entire staff was actually like that as well. The whole process of getting established, etc. was very smooth. I would definitely recommend Uncommon PT to help you manage pain and heal from whatever your injury may be!
