I started going winter 2025. I have already had improvement in my core strength, balance, and strength going 2-4 times a week. I would describe this as classical reformer pilates. All the women who teach are very kind, gentle, and I don’t feel any body shame or judgement. Different instructors have different flavors: Bernie does a thorough arm and upper back, Michele classes are very intense and rewarding, and Ryan does an excellent job stretching and helping with flexibility. Michele, the owner, is very meticulous about the cleanliness of the environment as well as the upkeep of the reformers. It’s a wonderful studio and woman-owned. If you’re looking for a more relaxing but challenging experience, this is your place.
