I tagged along to my dad's session with Ronnie, and it was amazing! He worked us hard and gave so many great directions on form, while keeping things fun. I've dealt with a number of knee injuries - from an ACL tear to an MCL sprain earlier this year - and Ronnie guided both my mobility and form, allowing me to do squats and other exercises without knee pain for the first time in years. I only went because my wife was so enthusiastic in her recommendation. I had a bike crash weeks before an Ironman and thought maybe it would help with recovery. It did, but the real benefit is longer term. After several weeks my strength and functional mobility improved dramatically. I didn’t think I needed this, but I was wrong. Big thanks to Brian. It’s a great place to go for anyone, regardless of your level of fitness. Excellent staff and clients are all nice, too.
Rebalance is an amazing gym. The trainers are super knowledgeable and the workouts are personalized to your abilities and goals. The atmosphere is very positive and not intimidating at all. My current trainer is Ronnie- he works you hard but still makes it fun. They even have smoothies for your post-workout fuel. It’s a great place overall!
I have been working out at this fitness centre for the last 3 years in both a 1-2-1 setting and small group (up to 3.) The trainers here, especially Susanne & Brian have provided me the support, understanding, expertise, and motivation to help me lose 60lbs and gain muscle in places I’ve never had it. I think this is the fittest I’ve ever felt since I was a teenager! After an ankle fracture, they worked with me to get the mobility and strength back in it all while still working the rest of my body. Kim & her team create an inviting and inclusive atmosphere so even those of us over 50 feel anything is possible! I highly recommend ReBalance Fitness & Nutrition and know I will be training here for the foreseeable future. Looking forward to the new classes!!
Kim and her team are top notch. They are highly skilled, experienced, extremely knowledgeable, and professional. They are genuinely interested in their clients and it shows. There is also a great sense of camaraderie within the client community here as well. As a client, my physical strength, mobility & flexibility, and stamina & endurance have all improved significantly. There are many offerings at reBalance in addition to personal training, including massage, stretch, and Foundation Training among others. Easy and flexible scheduling. Grateful to have found reBalance and to be a client. Highly recommend.
