Y’all be very careful going to this place. They don’t even do any jobs professionally, so unprofessional and all they know is break cars parts. Like seriously, which boss would as their customers to pay first, not just that they’re trying to invite people in from the road getting people in but not getting jobs done. He has 3 stores in a row and the short guy is the boss of them all. Non of the workers are experienced he broke one of the parts on my car, when I asked him about it, man was trying to fight me. Guys please read the reviews before heading to this place. I recommend no one should go there!!!

I visited this tyre shop in Rocklea on January 9, 2026, to urgently replace a bulging right rear tyre. After waiting about 30 minutes, a used tyre (manufactured in 2020) was installed, sourced from a nearby shop. I paid $70 in total. The next morning, the tyre had lost a large amount of air and was only 20 psi. I reinflated it, assuming it had not been filled properly. Unfortunately, the following morning the tyre was almost completely flat again. Because it was unsafe to drive, I returned to the shop around 4 p.m. and explained the issue to the senior staff member. Instead of helping, he appeared annoyed, told me they were too busy, and asked me to come back the next day. When I asked if they could at least put air in the tyre for safety reasons, he refused and walked away. As a result, I could not use my car for two days. Very disappointing service and lack of basic responsibility. I will update after returning again. ------------------------- On Monday, January 12, after finishing work, I returned to the shop around 1 p.m. The person who had been rude the day before was not there, so I explained the situation to another staff member. He took my car to the neighbouring shop, removed the tyre, repaired the puncture, and reinstalled it. I still find it hard to understand how a punctured tyre could be sold without being properly checked. However, I did not want to argue further, so I left without saying anything. I will continue to monitor the tyre condition over the next few days and provide an update if needed.

I already love this place and they haven't put the tyre on yet! Tyres galore! My usual tyre outlet is closed for Christmas. Tyre done cheaper than the other place, ultra cute air conditioned waiting room with designer lamp, super friendly. Be very tempted to return.

Called up in the morning and was told to come down whenever and was quoted one of the best prices in Brisbane over the phone, which also included fitting and balancing. Showed up a couple of hours later, was shown where to park, handed my keys over and was offered to sit in their air conditioned office by one of their employees. Within about half an hour, it was done. Tyres replaced, paid what was quoted over the phone and was on my way. Fantastic service. Will definitely be back!
