We arrived at Cheeky Monkeys at 6:58 pm, and both the website and the sign on the door clearly state that the location closes at 8:00 pm. Upon entering, the employee first told us we had one hour, and then changed the information, saying they actually close at 7:30 pm, meaning my child would only be able to play for 30 minutes. I was ready to leave due to the confusion and lack of clear communication, but my daughter saw the place, got excited (as any child would), and wanted to stay. We were then charged full price for only 30 minutes, which I found to be unfair. If the business truly closes earlier, that should be clearly stated on the website and at the entrance. And if only 30 minutes of play is allowed, there should be a reduced rate, or children should be allowed to play until the advertised closing time (8:00 pm). This experience was frustrating and disappointing, especially for families who rely on the posted hours when planning a visit.
The kids absolutely love coming here! You don’t have to worry about the kids walking out the door as the front is well monitored. Parents can sit in the common area while kids enjoy playing in an awesome discovery zone. Adults can also participate as well, just remember to wear socks. There is an adjacent play area for younger children/toddlers and various play areas like a market, building blocks, books, and creative area. They also have a separate room for parties as well. Good selection on food and drinks also
Love taking the kids here fun for all ages even the parents can go in and have a blast!! I have a two year old and a five year old and I even go inside and play with the kids in the jungle gym for two hours of play it’s 17 dollars total for all three of us! That’s it! It’s definitely worth checking out such a great place to take the kids to run off some energy real fast for cheap! Two trampolines four awesome slides 3 ball pits a separate toddler area!!
We love bringing our toddler here! It’s the perfect size, small enough that you can keep a good eye on your little one, but big enough that you don’t feel the need to hover. It’s nice to actually let them play while you relax a bit. While I do wish there were a few more seating options (especially when it gets busy), the generous play area more than makes up for it. Everything is clean, well-kept, and the pricing feels very fair for the experience. We’ll definitely keep coming back especially with this Texas heat!
My grandbabies had a blast here! And so did we. We were all exhausted! I’ll definitely be taking them again to get out so their extra energy!
