Best pawn shop in Hampton Roads — hands down. This place has everything: beautiful jewelry, tons of ammo, guns, handbags, Rolex and other watches, plus headphones and electronics. The selection is huge and always changing, so it’s fun just to browse. What really makes this shop stand out is the customer service. The staff is friendly, patient, and actually knows their stuff. William Blair in particular is extremely knowledgeable — whether you’re talking about ammo or Rolex watches, he knows his details and explains things clearly without any pressure. If you’re looking for quality, fair prices, and people who treat you right, this is the place. Definitely check them out for jewelry, guns, handbags, watches, and headphones — you won’t leave empty-handed. 💎🔫⌚️

Great shop! I had a small bead of precious metals to sell on Facebook marketplace and wanted to get it scanned by XRF for the buyer (Max) so he could see it's full metal content. I called Chesapeake Square Pawn and Will said I could bring it in just for that without hesitation. We met up at the front with Enya later and she gave us all the numbers we needed and more. Both were friendly and helpful and Max was happy - Great to work with everyone. Can't beat it! NEW - Well, it won't let me leave a second review for continued great service, so I'll have to just add this. Everyone has been great and consistently helped me out. I'm going to end up shouting out everyone in the store, but this time it was Daniel helping me out again. I wish I had gotten the young lady's name who was also there checking stuff out with us. Great people you have there.

McKenzie Smith, first she went out of her way to look multiple times while I was on the phone. She looked for me the specifics of a rare item i needed for Christmas made my whole Christmas that much better by selling me a beautiful white gold an diamond cross necklace for my fiance. Thank you so much ! She is excellent at going out of her way to help a customer. 5 stars this pawn shop is excellent!
