We had Chicago Roofing Solutions out to replace our roof. At the first rain after the installation, a leak developed in the wall immediately under the new roof. When they came back out, they said it wasn’t their fault and I’d need to pay for a contractor to come out, open the wall and determine the leak. Two independent contractors identified it was because Chicago Roofing Solutions didn’t properly seal the new roof to the scupper box, resulting in thousands of dollars of damage. They refuse to reimburse for the damage, actually gaslighted me saying it was my fault for bringing in a contractor and stopped responding when trying to discuss the situation. They were fine until something went wrong and then it cost me thousands for their mistake.

We needed emergency work done on our condo’s roof due to a serious leak caused by snow/ice damage, and John and his crew at Chicago Roofing Services came out the same day. They quickly identified the issue and quickly handled the emergency repair. John was super professional and made sure we understood what needed to be done before moving forward. Would definitely recommend John and his team to anyone who needs reliable, professional roof work.

Nothing but good things to say about John and his crew. Had them out in 2024 for a small repair and maintenance. The work was done as quoted and in the subsequent year, had no recurrence. This year, my parapet wall needed to be redone, and with it, some tuck pointing and the plywood, rebuilding the layers back up from the joists. Again, professional and done as quoted. 3 months post-repair and no issues. Not the cheapest quote, but a high quality group. They use preferred materials and installation methods. It’s reasonable to pay the premium for the quality, especially when you’re dealing with something as troublesome as water.

He delivered exactly what he promised, and I had no issues throughout the process. I can finally sleep soundly knowing my roof is safe for the foreseeable future. Did a complete roof replacement in the spring. John and his team were all excellent. Great communication and on site supervision from John, his team was extremely professional and courteous. Had to replace many plywood boards under the shingles and they brought it to my attention and made a recommendation which I agreed with. Would definitely recommend and will use them again in the future for additional projects. Thanks guys
