I had an excellent experience with Perez Roofing. Their rate was very competitive, and they showed up exactly when they said they would. Their communication was outstanding throughout the entire project. Since I’m out of state, we had to coordinate everything remotely, and they made that process surprisingly easy with regular updates, photos, and quick responses. Found Perez Roofing online after I found a leak on my flat roof near my plumbing vent. I needed them to come over asap and get the problem resolved. Francisco and team, even though they were busy, came out and were very thorough on what was wrong. The pricing and work were great. My flat roof always gives me anxiety and this company left me feeling good about it knowing that all issues were taken care of. Francisco and crew were amazing to work with on our HOA’s garage roof replacement. They were conscientious and very professional throughout, working diligently and efficiently. We took five bids for this project and our board narrowed the choice down to two competitors. In the end, Perez Roofing offered the best warranty and a fair price for all that needed to be done.
