Chicago Wood Refinishing did an amazing job refinishing my front door. This was a difficult job as they had to remove all the leaded glass around the door frame and reseal the entire thing. It is not only beautiful, but such an improvement on insulation

We had our front and back doors sanded and refinished by Chicago Wood Refinishing and they did a great job! Exceeded our expectations. Our doors were initially sanded and stained but done poorly by another company. I needed people who really understood wood to help us correct the errors and found Gerardo and Kevin. They were responsive with quoting, they were honest with the costs, timely and the doors look amazing. They also made sure we were pleased with the color before proceeding to finishing up the work, and provided updates at multiple stages of the work. They are also super nice and put up with our high energy golden doodle. We've even had people ask if our doors are new, they are 15 years old. Would recommend if you are looking for people that have expertise in working with wood.

If I could give 10 stars, I would. Gerardo and Kevin were not only professional and responsive, they did an AMAZING job with my yellowing, chipped, peeling kitchen cabinet doors. They matched the color and finish perfectly and I could not be happier with the results! I will definitely be calling Chicago Wood Refinishing for my next wood refinishing project.

For those of you in need of repair or replacement of a front door due to weather damage or age, we highly recommend Chicago Wood Refinishing. We have a 100 year old home with a 100 year old door (round top). We were going to replace the door and the estimates were $11K+. We instead called Chicago Wood Refinishing to refinish the door and the work they performed was amazing! We basically received a new door at a fraction of the cost. We highly recommend them if you are in need of a new front door as their product looks better than the original and very cost effective.
