Sarah takes so much pride in her business and it really shows in her customer relations and dedication to her craft and the quality she provides. I had ordered a bouquet with specific flowers which weren’t included on the day of delivery. Sarah reached out personally to explain that some selections aren’t up to her standards or, seasonal. Such is the nature of the business, certain selections can’t always be guaranteed. I then organised to have another bouquet with similar flowers. Sarah went to great lengths to ensure that I was able to make it up to my partner with her favourite flowers! Her staff/team members are also lovely and welcoming and do such a great job in the arrangements as well. A business I’ll continue to come back to and also recommend for anyone to order from!

This place is a hidden gem. Service was amazing, flowers were so fresh, the girls arranged them perfectly. I was in and out in minutes. I can not praise these guys enough.
