Wonderful flower shop! I ordered for the first time under my husband's name as it is for my mother in law. Ordered online to pick up and I called to say we will arrive before they close. We live 30+ mins away from this shop and traffic was horrendous so I arrived 2 mins after their closing time - Shop was still open and even I apologised many times they did not show one bit of annoyance! Customer service is amazing and so were the flowers, they smelled so good! Next time again guys, thank you!

Absolutely amazing florist! My husband ordered flowers for our 31st wedding anniversary and they were stunning. The arrangement was beautiful, they smelled incredible, and they lasted over two weeks — even in hot weather. The quality was outstanding and the staff at Chill were lovely. Highly recommend. Thank you xx 💐

I ordered a bouquet from Chill Flower for my brother's wedding gift pack after arriving in Adelaide. I was rushed and missed some details, and although the bouquet was beautiful, it included Chrysanthemums as part of the seasonal selection, which my mum wanted to avoid. I contacted Chill Flower, and the team was incredibly kind, they quickly arranged a new bouquet. It really eased our stress, and my mum and our whole family loved the final result. After being away from Adelaide for years, this reminded me how lovely SA people are. Highly recommend!

I first received flowers from Chill Flowers for a work anniversary, and they were absolutely stunning. Recently, when a close friend lost a family member, I knew exactly where to go. I loved that the website clearly shows which size arrangement is pictured—it made choosing so much easier. I’d previously received the Crème Brûlée arrangement, so I ordered the same one in a larger size for my friend. The colours were perfect, and when our friend sent us a photo, the flowers were just as beautiful as the image online. Ordering was simple, and when I called the shop to confirm details, the team couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. I honestly can’t recommend Chill Flowers highly enough.
