Terry was super respectful and professional! He found the leak fast without having to butcher our walls all up and repaired the leak. Super friendly and knowledgeable. I’m grateful for Choates sending him out so fast before the winter storms start hitting. Their people are always very professional and polite.

TODAY 1/16/26 accolades to Terry Gates Plumbing and Diana HVAC SERVICES for job well done excellent Team Work.AS a FAM PLAN MEMBER I have,always been serviced as promised PROMPTLY!! As for my equipment IT WAS SOLD TO ME AS TOP OF THE LINE and has lived up to that Title with extraordinary efficiency. I had been through two companies'before I landed with CHOATE'S. THEY DID NOT COMPARE. IF THERE IS ONE THING I WANT TO BE IS LIVING IN COMFORT AT HOME WITH EFFICIENCY and LOW PRICED UTILITY BILLS. MY FIRST CALL TO CHOATE'S THEY SENT ME AN ENERGY CONSULTANT WHO STAYED AT MY HOME ALL DAY ANALYZING WHAT WOULD IMPROVE THE INEFFICIENCY PROBLEM THAT I WAS HAVING. THAT WAS A JACKPOT FOR ME. I WAS NOT AWARE OF COMPANIIES PROVIDING THIS SERVICE. I immediately called them to tell them that this person was not who I requested. I need a HVAC TECH. LONG STORY SHORT IT WAS THE BEST THING THAT COULD HAVE EVER HAPPENED TO ME. EXPENSIVE OOH WEE. I will not state which plan I decided on but If my memory is correct and it depended on which one I chose out of three packages. I HAVE NO REGRETS. ONE THING THAT I WILL SAY IS I GOT WHAT I PAID FOR AND AS OF MARCH 2026 APPROX. THREE AND A HALF YEARS LATER WILL BE PAID IN FULL WITH NO REPAIRS NEEDED UNTIL TODAY 1/16/26 on water heater so far I have had no HVAC REPAIRS. I CERTAINLY FEEL LIKE I GOT WHAT I PAID FOR EFFICIENCY AND COMFORT.
Mr. A. Ramirez and his team were excellent. They worked in a fashionably and timely manner. They also took the time to answer any and all questions that were asked of them and in a professional manner. I would recommend him and the entire team to anyone that is looking for a heating, air, or both. I appreciate their timelessness in which it took to get the project done and complete and cleaning up behind them. Thank you guys for taking excellent care of installing the heating unit for my father. It has been working really efficiently. Thanks and kudos to you and your team.
Terrance Johnson and his partner came out to my home to clean my dryer vents, which were completely clogged, and they did an outstanding job. Terrance was professional, knowledgeable, and respectful from the moment they arrived. They worked quickly and efficiently while making sure everything was thoroughly cleaned and operating properly. What really impressed me was their attention to detail—they left the area cleaner than they found it. It’s clear Terrance takes pride in his work, and it absolutely shows. I couldn’t be more pleased with the service and would highly recommend Terrance Johnson and this company to anyone in need of dryer vent cleaning.
Great experience! Tucker was awesome during his visit. He quickly diagnosed the problem, thoroughly explained the repair options, then got the repair completed in good time. He explained everything he did and why he had to do the repair the way he did to insure a long lasting, high quality end result. I’d recommend Choate’s if you need any plumbing work done if all the guys are as good as Tucker is. I thought he was a great representative for the company.
