Jose helped us tow our SUV back home after we lost our brakes and couldn't drive and stop safely. He was awesome! Excellent communication, reasonable prices, fast to respond, and showed up quickly to help us get back home. Great service and I would definitely recommend this business to friends and family. Choi's Towing will be my go to towing service from here on out 5/5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

No wonder 5 stars across the board.. Jose, (chois towing) with the flat bed was awesome. I didn't know anything, I didn't do any research on this guy, I was just trying to get off the streets asap. He was the only one that answered, I highly recommend. He answered right away when I called and arrived within the time frame given (20-30 min) I believe he arrived even sooner. He's got great attitude, great work ethic, he's cool, a chill vibe and he speaks spanish. Born and raised in Houston so he knows his streets, he knows the back roads, he knows his area, he knows Houston; Houston needs to know him. He pulled up banging with the jams (you wouldn't had thought that was his tow truck banging the jams with the 12"). I was stranded in the middle of the night with my motorcycle, not being able to move it at all. When he arrived he did his thing, helped me push the bike up the flatbed. He gave me all the correct instructions so there was no damage to my bike. He strapped it, tied it up and checked for any slack not just once, not twice, but 3 times and the care didn't stop there. On our way to the destination he drove slow and careful to keep my bike safe and sound. Thanks Jose.! Shout out.! Couldn't have asked for any better customer service. 10/10.

I had the best service and experience with Choi’s Towing! I called multiple companies to set up a tow and Choi’s was the only one who actually called me instead of texting and gave me a quote right away! Their pricing is fair and the service is quick and professional! I highly recommend using them and I will go to Choi’s for future towing service! Jose helped us and he was great!

I had a great experience with Choi’s auto care and towing! My car broke down unexpectedly on the highway and I called them for help. The dispatcher was friendly and reassuring, and the tow truck showed up much faster than I expected. The driver Jose was professional, careful with my car, and even gave me advice on what to do next. The best part? Their rates were incredibly reasonable compared to other services I called. I’m so grateful for their quick response and excellent service. Highly recommend them if you ever need a tow!
