Had a spring break on one my garage doors. Called them that morning and had service same day. It was a dual spring set up on an 18 foot door. I have 2 garages with 18 foot doors that were 19 years old so decided to replace all 4 springs. David was excellent...has been doing it for 17 years. Knew immediately what size spring it was ( had them on his truck ) and quoted me on the spot. Just 90 minutes later, had new springs, lubricated door ( which made it much quieter )...and he was on his way. I added the nylon rollers myself which made it even quieter.

Chris was absolutely amazing! He was extremely knowledgeable and replaced our commercial gate chain very quickly. We had called multiple companies before, and all of them tried to over-charge and charge additional after-hours fees Chris, however, was available same day. He called me 30 minutes before arriving, and even though their receptionist gave me a 2–4 time slot, he showed up in plenty of time. He was friendly, patient, and efficient, and he had the gate working perfectly in no time. Five stars all the way! Highly recommend. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

For the past year, I have been toying with the idea of converting my two garage doors into one single garage door. Googled the topic and landed on video provided by Spectrum Overhead Door. From start to finish, the customer service I received was the best. Once Jorge came to take the measurement, it was on to picking the garage door. I worked with Cory and he helped me pick my garage door along with a compatible garage door opener (I needed the cord to be long enough so it could be plugged into the existing outlet). Jorge and Cory were the best and I highly recommend Spectrum Overhead. Jorge and Cory, thanks for the positive experience !! PS

We waited a long time, saved up the $ and we chose to use Spectrum as the most righteous company first over $ consideration (priced right). Having said that & although I had never seen doors like these in person, I liked the idea of these & you guys got the exact design for me & it didn't take forever. Cleaning out the garage did take forever & I appreciate for the no-worries schedule switch-up. ... Representative who helped me with the design also did the install so he already knew my concerns about installing door before my foundation was 100% level. It all worked out & my place was cleaner than before. My only regret is not painting the area around my beautiful doors when I could have been my standard sloppy. (Helped me clean an area I couldn't get to. So nice)

The whole process was seamless – from the first contact through text message, scheduling an appointment, notification before arrival, and the actual repair itself. One of our garage door springs was broken on the weekend. They were uneven size from initial installation. We had the option to replace one or both springs. We replaced the same size for both springs that were rated for our door weight. Their pricing was fair (I had other quotes). Our technician, Jorge, was courteous and efficient. The repair took about 40 minutes max. No extra fees. I would recommend this company for their professionalism, fair pricing, seamless process.
