I used to live by this Houston location when back in the day it used to be Mr. Car wash oil change. Now its Valvoline. I moved to Spring Texas and I don't care driving like one hour here to this location to get my oil change and car maintenance. As a woman, I feel like I can trust the employees here. They're very respectful to me too. The only thing that I really miss is when they used to give me a $10 off coupon for the car wash next door but I assume they're no longer the same owners like Mr. Car wash. I don't mind, I still come back here. I am long time customer and will continue to come to this specific location as much as I can.

Sunday, 1/4/26 — 10AM. This place used to be really fast and convenient. It has quickly devolved to slow and rude. The staff has zero sense of urgency and zero incentive to be friendly or fast. An employee walked up to my window — didn’t say a word. Not a good morning, hi how can I help you, nothing. Just stood there. I said just need an oil change. Again no words spoken. Just walks off. Everyone moving like molasses and providing zero information while you wait, and zero customer service. Truly remarkable. I ended up leaving. You’re better off going down further to Jiffy Lube. You’ll at least be attended to faster and people actually speak.

Mr. Paul was professional and thorough, not pushy at all. He helped me get my oil changed properly and my car runs smooth now. Second time I have been here and have had 0 issues. Thanks again!

They took the time to check everything thoroughly and still managed to work quickly and smoothly. It’s clear they’re well-trained and care about getting the job done right.
