I highly recommend this business. He was so helpful and I was able to get in the day of made it easy on my schedule. It was a little tricky to figure out which office was his, but he came down and met me outside.

Very nice gentleman. The registration process took longer than expected, but it was a difficult registration since it was an out of state into ca type of deal.

This place is the best! Needed to title my Corolla over to my brother-in-law (for my Nephew). Went to Cio on a Saturday morning. Charles was the best...super fast and knowledgeable!

Ridiculously quick easy and fast. This is like a life hack. Charles is super fast and no BS as well which I love. In-N-Out. Edit (14 March 2025) : After registering a few vehicles with him my opinion has changed. He seems to be constantly riding on a thin layer of patience, and walking through your DMV issues or queries with him is like walking on eggshells. If you cant articulate it instantly, or if your issue is not straightforward, he will show his irritation (talking over you, getting excessively curt, increasing his tone, and in my last and final episode with him - spiraling into a child-like constant repetition of whatever he was saying without listening to my query and counter-explanation, ending in him hanging up the phone). I feel like he'll take his attitude further if you're a kind and polite person, as if seeing that as a sign of weakness. For a bit in the beginning it was all tolerable because its better than going to the DMV, but after having to deal with a minor name order error (first last and middle names being jumbled in my title resulting in vehicle assignments in the DMV portal not working, despite successful re-registration - which still is a legitimate issue) for a title that I got transferred with him almost a year ago - where he incessantly kept steam rolling over me - enough was enough. I called a couple other DMV registration agencies and they were far more pleasant, reasonable, patient, and frankly civil. Having to deal with any 'cranky old man attitude' is real test of patience and a burden for any normal person just trying functional normally in society. While I'm ranting - I'll bubble some other stuff up to the surface that I brushed off but really annoyed me at the time. MULTIPLE times this guy kept making false promises for when he would appear at his office. His literal google posted office hours seem to be a more of a vague suggestion than anything. After wasting a ridiculous amount of time going back and forth to his office, it finally resulted in him conveniently telling/mandating to me that I ought to call him before hand to arrange when to meet -- and he's not always available on the phone given that. If he's going to do this -- make this a known thing on your card or website or whatever "please make appointments". What the hell!! Also, none of the registrations etc are $29. The out the door price is often times more than 2x or 3x that -- so this is misleading bait. And the way he scribbles on a piece of paper the price breakdown (that too impatiently when you ask, lest you be left with no record if you don't), is unbelievably unprofessional. All in all, pretty unprofessional, unpleasant, cranky-old-man type experience. Avoid.
