This is my third time purchasing from this store, and I don't regret a single thing! A huge reason for my loyalty is Bryce Powers. He is hands down the best salesperson they have—always available and provides truly personalized attention. Even though competitors like Rooms To Go offer longer financing terms (55 months vs. City Furniture’s 18 months), I choose to shop here specifically because of the service Bryce provides. Highly recommended!

Went to buy some new furniture and Joseline is a great sales associate. It took about two weeks to coordinate everything as I had a lot going but we kept in touch via email. She is great at reccomendations, taking her time with measurements and really listening to me on what I liked and did not like. Not pushy and super friendly.

Allen Gonzalez provided an exceptional experience during our visit. From the moment we arrived, he welcomed us warmly and gave us a thorough tour of the store. To my surprise, I ended up getting even more furniture than I expected, which was a delightful bonus. The store manager, Javon was impressive as well, taking the time to explain our financing options. Throughout the process, they treated me like family, making it an overall fantastic experience!

I had an exceptional experience with German at City Furniture. From the moment I walked in, he provided outstanding customer service, was extremely knowledgeable about the products, and truly listened to what I needed for my home. He was patient, honest, and guided me through every step of the process to ensure I selected the perfect pieces. His professionalism and attention to detail made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. I am beyond satisfied with my purchase and highly recommend asking for German if you want top-tier service!
