I had a laser appointment with Sevda, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience. She was extremely professional, gentle, and made me feel very comfortable throughout the session. One of the most unprofessional experiences I’ve ever had. During my laser session,the manager suddenly opened the door,looked inside and started talking to the operator without even asking or knocking.I was shocked and felt extremely uncomfortable. It was a clear violation of my privacy. To make things worse, she also tried to cut my session short just to fit in another client. This place clearly has zero respect for clients or professionalism. Totally unacceptable.

Had a great experience here for my laser facial - the team were so helpful, friendly, and made me feel really comfortable from the moment I arrived. Everything was clearly explained, and the treatment itself was quick and easy with no downtime. Lovely people and a lovely atmosphere - would definitely recommend!

Having been in different places before, City Skin Doctors have been completely different! They are honest, helpful, supportive and friendly. Dr Eb and Nikki were both amazing people with great knowledge and expertise. I would recommend to everyone 💯 percent
