It was not much fun and I was mad as my car got towed cause someone stole it and I had to pay 1200 to get it back but understanding the situation I still can't grasp but all in all they were patient and understanding and only doing their job. It was ok a lot of tow companies give veterans discounts but grumpy just said I don't own the company I just work here so I tried to complain about something that they're only doing their job but yet

Terrible experience, this company works with cops and other private entities to tow people's vehicles for any reason. If the owner's car can't get it out they will keep it and keep charging you nearly $300 per day until you can't pay it anymore. Some people can't afford to get their car out so they will just keep it and sell it at auction. The place is sleazy, ugly and sweaty and they have terrible attitude.

This team was great. Very attentive and understanding with the situation. I was cut off while driving and unable to drive my car after. I gave them a call and were on the scene within 20 minutes. Tow truck Driver knew what he was doing and took care of it all and we were out within the hour. After speaking with the manager, I can tell he and his team take pride in the work they provide. Will always use them!
