I needed a rush job on a ring I was sending to my granddaughter. They got the repair completed two days ahead of schedule. I have done business with them over the last 40 years and never been disappointed. They have very fair prices and are just great people to work with. Shop local you wont be disappointed!

Seriously. Dont shop here. My husband ordered a necklace, we were unhappy with what we got for the price we paid, and we couldnt return it "because it was a custom item." The necklace didnt even apparaise for what we paid for it. I feel like they saw a sucker in my husband and took full advantage of it. My husband didnt realize he could refuse the final product, hes never bought jewelry before. I understand theyre in the business of making money off of their product, but i dont think taking advantage of their customers is an ethical business model. Also, im very sure the material used to make the necklace can be re used. Will never ever shop here again and will tell all of my friends of my disappointing experience. These people really shouldnt be in business. Their necklace made me break out.
