I got four gold necklaces repaired you can’t even tell where it was repaired and the price was very fair. So happy I found this spot.

It took less than 24 hours to resize a ring from a 7 to a 5.5. It fits perfectly and I can't even tell where they cut it at. When I picked it up it was shinier than when I bought it a few days prior! They polish and tighten the prongs after they resize. I bought my ring that Saturday and brought it in Monday. It fits great and looks great. The pricing was very affordable and the service was quick, especially being right after black Friday. I have very small fingers and it is hard to find rings with my size. I will be back in the future!

Extremely knowledgeable! I was looking for a jewelry repair shop and came across this company on Google. Based on the many positive Google reviews I decided to give this place a chance. I’m SO GLAD that I did!! I first called them to ask a simple question. They were quick to answer the phone. The gentleman that I spoke with was kind and answered all of my questions without hesitation. I drove 30 mins from my house to here. Once I entered the building I was greeted with a hello and excellent customer service! I showed the gentleman my ring and we discussed what needed repaired along with the pricing. He was upfront, honest, and not once made me feel like I was a bother. Overall, I highly recommend! I will be a loyal customer! Also!!! The place is extremely clean and well put together too!
