I’m so disheartened by my experience here, they seemed nice enough when I brought my ring in for an estimate on a repair the man there I thought at the time was kind enough to reshape the ring before putting it away for further review by the jeweler. When I called the next day to inquire a lady stated there were cracks that would have to be fixed as well as some other issues. Unfortunately I did not bring my ring in cracked - it was a result of him reshaping my ring. The quote was considerably higher than I anticipated and in the disappointment of not being able address my original concern I didn’t realize until I was driving home that this damage was not preexisting. I’m including photos of how the ring entered the shop and how i left with it. Though the lady may have had no knowledge of what took place when i dropped it off she suggested that perhaps I had dropped something heavy on the ring .

I usually come up with all sorts of excuses not to write reviews, but after having had exceptional service I’ve got to share. Not only did the custom pendant come out exactly as I imagined but even better. They took the time to ask key questions and suggested valuable options. This was a 10 year anniversary gift for my wife and she loved it. Like everyone says, “HAPPY WIFE, HAPPY LIFE”.
