Please do better. I ordered a dress on November 18, 2025 for a special occasion. I sent an email on November 21 asking for the status of my order as I did not receive an order confirmation, only a thank you for the order. On November 25, I received an email stating that the dress was not restocked and if I wanted a refund or a replacement. This is seven days after my original order and only after I contacted them. This is not acceptable. On November 25, I responded to their email asking for a replacement, with all of the replacement details. As of this writing, November 30, I have not received a response regarding my replacement request. The exact scenario has occurred before, yet I keep patronizing this establishment because I really do like their merchandise and receive many compliments on the dresses that I order from them. Please do a better job updating inventory status and communicating with customers in a timely manner.

I’m totally in love with this place. I ordered a gorgeous pant suit and I got the best Customer Service from a lovely lady name Theresa. She went well above and beyond my highest expectations. She made sure I got the color and size that I needed. She was very friendly, polite, professional. These are the traits that are often missing in many businesses today. Please let Theresa please know that she is highly regarded and appreciate by this very satisfied client who hung up the phone with a Big happy smile on my face.🌹

I am so delighted to inform you that all the dresses I ordered are absolutely gorgeous. They all fit perfectly well. My husband told me how beautiful/amazing I look in the outfits he purchased for me from your store. I also received many compliments from friends and family! I will continue to purchase from you all! I was recently in Dallas with my husband while he attended the EK Bailey Conference. I was looking for stores that sold ladies church apparel. I found Diva’s Den. I thought I would luck up and get an in store appointment but I was unable to. She was booked. Well all was not lost. I was able to chat with the owner online. She had the three(3) dresses that I wanted. I paid online and was able to pick my dresses up curbside. The owner knew that I was flying and had two(2) of the dresses folded and ready for me to pack and the other dress was easy to fold and pack. Of course, I got back to my hotel and tried everything on and they all fit perfectly. I have already told several ladies here in Florida about this business. I can’t wait to order from her again. She made the online shopping experience very easy. I appreciate your patience and time and wish you continued success.
