As a new homeowner, I was looking for some landscape help that encompassed garden bed clean up, lawn maintenance, shrub pruning and tree work. Bob came out to walk the property to see all of what I was hoping to accomplish and ensure his crews could make it happen. What I liked is that he gave me ideas on how to make some of the garden spaces more manageable to maintain come the spring. He suggested we reduce the areas prone to invasive weeds and expand the yard and reset the natural stone border for the gardens. Luis and Justin were the ones here executing the project and took care to transplant anything I wanted to save, and picked perfect new locations. I am very pleased with how the slight reduction in garden size opened up the backyard. Bob himself helped prune some of the trees so that the shapes were maintained, but now appear less overgrown. I feel confident that CLE Landscaping can continue to help us maintain the property as the seasons change. I also love seeing them at many of the neighbors houses around the corner and feel like our house finally fits in, instead of sticks out! Thank you Luis and Justin for your care as if it were your own property, and Bob for making the process easy.
This company does great work. They take regular care of my lawn but I had them do a landscaping project to clean up the front and side of my house. They go above and beyond. Bob was easy to work with when designing it. He put a lot of thought into it . I can't say enough good things about Justin and Luis who did the work. They clearly care about the work they do. It looks so much better now. Trustworthy.
We were fortunate to discover Bob and his company last year after our prior landscaper retired. We are very pleased with the work done in our yard from spring through the fall. His workers always do a great job in not the easiest of situations since we have large trees in our back yard and woods beyond the back fence. The company definitely deserves five stars.
I have used CLE for at least 20 years. To me they are truly partners. If I have a problem, they fix it immediately. If I need more rather than less services some years, they will accommodate me. I had two other landscapers before I found Bob, but honestly that was great prior experience - because by the time CLE started working with me I knew the difference between a landscaper that just dialed it in and one who cared about my garden. I'm proud to have CLE as my landscaper!!
I reached out to this company inquiring about a quote to get sod installed. My grass was damaged from the clay and mud from getting my privacy fence installed last fall. My goal was just to get things back on track. When Robert came to give me the quote he took one look at my backyard and did not engage at all! The very first second he stepped back there I felt like I was talking to me self. He quickly suggested that I find someone else to do the work. I’ve never been turned by a business before. I just find that odd. He said because of my acorn tree I would have the same problem I told him I’ve been the owner for 5 years and have never had a problem with my grass until I got the privacy fence installed for my young children. Here’s a photo of my backyard before my grass was destroyed last fall. Just admit you didn’t want to handle the work load don’t blame my tree. I’m happy to give someone business!
